Andy Gregory
I live on the borders of Essex & East London and qualified as a professional supervisor in March 2018 having passed a Diploma in Supervision that included 120 hours of classroom teaching and regular live observations & assessments of my supervisory skills. Regular sessions with my own professional supervisor have played a crucial part in supporting me to explore my practice, enhance my well-being and embed resilience, so I am keen to offer the benefits of supervision to others – from trainees to 20+ years qualified - and, through an ongoing professional relationship, demonstrate the advantages of this process compared to an informal chat with a colleague or unfacilitated peer group discussion. As with all the qualified supervisors on the Labyrinth site, I can provide a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space and regular, protected time for guided reflection combining support and challenge. After an initial face-to-face meeting, for which I am prepared to travel, subsequent sessions can be arranged either virtually (FaceTime, Skype, etc.), face-to-face or through a combination of both, dependant on geography & mutual availability. |
